1. Who this applies to

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of skill4sap (the "Service"), available at skill4sap.com, including the free course content, cheat sheets, blog, and the paid exam simulator. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You need an account to enroll in courses, save your progress, or start an exam simulation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address, and you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account.

3. Free vs. Premium access

Creating an account, browsing certifications, reading courses, cheat sheets, and the blog, and taking the free 10-question preview of any exam simulation is free and does not require payment.

Starting a full timed exam simulation (up to 80 questions) requires an active Premium subscription. Premium is a recurring monthly subscription, billed automatically at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe, until you cancel. Some accounts may be offered a different price as part of a specific, time-limited promotion — the price you agreed to when subscribing is the price that applies to your subscription going forward, unless you are notified otherwise before a change takes effect.

4. Billing and cancellation

Payments are processed entirely by PayPal — skill4sap never receives or stores your card or bank account details. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect immediately, stops all future billing, and ends your Premium access immediately (there is no partial-period access after cancelling).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or Premium access with people outside your own use
• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell exam questions, course content, or cheat sheets
• Attempt to circumvent the free-preview limits or payment requirements by technical means
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated scraping or abuse of our systems

6. No affiliation with SAP

skill4sap is an independent, third-party exam preparation resource. SAP®, S/4HANA®, and related marks are registered trademarks of SAP SE. skill4sap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP SE. Practice questions are original content written for exam preparation purposes and are not official SAP exam questions.

7. No guarantee of exam results

skill4sap is a study aid. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any SAP certification exam — actual results depend on your own preparation, experience, and performance on exam day.

8. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms or change, add, or remove features of the Service from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, skill4sap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam outcomes or career decisions made based on your preparation.
