What each simulation includes

Each simulation session draws 80 questions at random from a pool of 800+ questions covering the selected module's syllabus. The questions rotate every session so repeated attempts always present a new challenge.

The 180-minute timer starts immediately when you launch a simulation. You will encounter both single-choice and multiple-choice questions. For multiple-choice questions, all correct answers must be selected to score the point — partial credit is not awarded.

When you submit, you receive your score, pass/fail status, and full explanations for every question — including the ones you answered correctly. Reviewing explanations is where most of the learning happens: understanding why an answer is correct reinforces the concept far more effectively than just seeing the right answer.

SAP's new practical certification format (2026)

SAP is rolling out task-based practical exams for many certifications: open-book, unproctored, performed directly in a live SAP system — with AI tools and documentation allowed. Typical rules include up to 4 attempts per year, a 24-hour gap between attempts, and annual renewal ("Stay Certified") through SAP Learning Hub. Exact rules and rollout timing vary by certification.

Our practice questions train the underlying concepts, configuration logic, and processes you need either way — they are not a reproduction of any specific exam format.

Why timed practice exams matter

Most SAP exam preparation resources — books, video courses, question banks — train your ability to recognize correct answers when you have unlimited time. The real exam does not give you unlimited time. You have 2 minutes and 15 seconds per question on average. That constraint changes everything.

When you practice under timed conditions repeatedly, you develop two things simultaneously: the knowledge to answer correctly, and the automatic pacing that lets you answer efficiently. Candidates who take 3+ full timed simulations before exam day consistently outperform candidates who only studied theory — because they have already spent several hours under realistic conditions before the real stakes arrive.

A good target: score 75% or above consistently across multiple sessionsbefore scheduling your exam. At 75%, you have a comfortable margin above the 68% passing threshold even if the real exam includes topics that are harder than your practice pool.

Frequently asked questions

What is a SAP exam simulation?

A SAP exam simulation is a timed practice test: 80 randomly drawn questions from a pool of 800+, a 180-minute countdown, and instant results with full explanations. It is not a static PDF or question list — it runs in your browser and changes every session thanks to question randomization.

How is a simulation different from just reading practice questions?

Reading practice questions trains recognition. A timed simulation trains recall under pressure, which is what you actually need on exam day. When you practice with a 180-minute timer and 80 questions, you develop both the knowledge and the time management skills needed to pass. Static question lists cannot replicate this experience.

How many simulations can I take?

Unlimited. Every simulation draws a fresh random set of 80 questions from the pool of 800+, so each attempt is different. You can track your scores over time to measure improvement. Most candidates take 3–5 simulations before the real exam.

Do I need to pay to access the simulations?

Creating an account is free and requires no credit card. From there, every module offers the full 80-question timed simulation with unlimited attempts, for free.

Which SAP modules are covered?

skill4sap currently focuses on Financial Accounting (FI) with 800+ questions in the pool. Additional modules including CO, MM, SD, and SAP Activate are being added regularly. The FI set is the most complete.

skill4sap is not affiliated with SAP SE. Exam rules change — always check your exam's official page on learning.sap.com.
